Newcomer Davis, Rowland file papers by ERIN McINTYRE Two Republican candidates have filed paperwork to run for Mesa County commissioner in 2020, in the seats currently occupied by term-limited commissioners Rose Pugliese and John Justman. Former Mesa County Commissioner Janet Rowland and newcomer Cody Davis filed campaign finance documents with the Secretary of State’s office last month.
