New family-friendly neighborhood coming to northeast area

Penny Stine Eric Perry with Epic Homes is the exclusive builder of a new housing development in the northeast area, Thunder Valley, which is off of F 1/2 Road, just east of Thunder Mountain Elementary School. When it’s complete, the neighborhood will have a total of 84 homes on a 23-acre parcel of land. Home construction is being done in phases, and there are 26 total homes in this first phase of construction.
