The Housing and Building Association of Western Colorado is a not-for-profit organization committed to advancing the building industry throughout the Mesa, Delta and Montrose counties. With over 120 business members spanning all categories of the homebuilding process, we serve as a unified voice for homebuilding in western Colorado, protecting and promoting the housing industry. As trusted professionals within our community, our members continue to lead the way in all areas of home construction, driving innovation, and giving back to our community with one common goal in mind: to make our community stronger by providing both affordable and quality residential housing.

Professional Women in Building of Western Colorado
The Professional Women in Building (PWB) of Western Colorado is a council of leaders and innovators formed to build a stronger industry together. Composed of women in the building industry from all aspects of the building industry, this strong and diverse network works to make advancements for women working in the building industry.

For 40 years the Parade of Homes has featured the finest builders in Western Colorado allowing homeowners and future homeowners the opportunity to experience quality builds firsthand. Home and Garden Expo
The Spring Home and Garden Expo brings together the best "all in one location" for two days of fun and excitement for all ages. Featuring a collaboration of businesses and vendors, this event showcases the latest products and services for the home both inside and out. Offering indoor and outdoor home and garden displays plus interactive demonstrations with local experts, food trucks, live entertainment and fun for kids with a variety of activities.
